Finding true North

The true North is only available with a Gyrocompass. An invention that was first patented in 1885 by the Dutch inventor Marinus Gerardus van den Bos.
The Gyrocompass indicates the course only, not the destination. One should always remain alert for changes in course. The practice shows that the gap between the course set and performance measurement seems unbridgeable.
Therefore OnCompass, to set and maintain the course of organizations. We would like to inspire you with this unique method to find the true north and thus the right course for your organization.
